Christy + Ryan : Engagement

Alabama, Arkansas, I do love my Ma & Pa
Not the way that I do love you

Holy Moley, Me-oh-My, you’re the apple of my eye
Girl, I’ve never loved one like you

Man, oh man, you’re my best friend,
I scream it to the nothingness
There ain’t nothin’ that I need

Well, hot & heavy, pumpkin pie,
chocolate candy, Jesus Christ
There ain’t nothin’ please me more than you

Ahh, Home
Let me come Home
Home is wherever I’m with you

Hello 2012!

As 2011 comes to a close and we begin our journey into 2012, I’d like to make a post that is special to me. I am sharing two very important things in my life from 2011. First, I got engaged!!! By far one of the best days of my life. Finding Jon has taken my happiness to a whole new level and I can’t wait to be an amazing wife in 2012. Secondly, I opened my first commercial space! With the help of Monika Merchant Design Studio and so many friends and family, we turned a tiny room into a beautiful little studio where I can meet with clients, get inspired and be creative. Thank you everyone for your love and support in 2011 and I can’t wait to see what 2012 brings! Cheers!

Here are a few of my favorite photos from our engagement session photographed by Maria of Squaresville Studios. Hair by Lisa Doherty and make-up by Gloria Muniz. Vintage props from Dallas Vintage Rentals. You can see more images on Green Wedding Shoes. All images copyright of Squaresville Studios.

And here are some photos I took of my studio. You can view more photos and details of the renovation on Design Sponge. I will post more of The Bell Jar and the rest of the crew soon!
